Safety Inspections & Training: Lack of proper safety practices and standards can be enormously costly to owners, contractors and lenders. CIS provides both professional safety inspections and thorough training for your personnel in the practice of creating and maintaining safe construction projects. The Federal Office of Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.) has certified CIS to teach both the 10-hour and 30-hour Construction Safety Courses.
Having worked on residential, commercial and public works construction sites for the past 25 years has allowed us to easily identify, and suggest corrections to some of the typical safety hazards that that may develop on a construction site. The CIS staff is able to quickly recognize potential risks and has the knowledge to bring them to the attention of the appropriate parties, when necessary.
