by H. Steve and Diana K. Clark.
Mr. Clark, the firm's President and CEO, has been involved in the construction industry for the past thirty years in both Northern and Southern California. His construction experience includes architectural and civil drafting and design, construction land surveying for residential, commercial and public works projects, construction inspection of residential, commercial and public works projects, construction lending inspection and analysis, and the training and inspection of construction safety issues.
